What is Jazz and Wine?

At Jazz and Wine the audience can enjoy a Jazz concert where 3 special or famous wines are served. Leading lady Joyce Stevens reveals the secrets and stories behind these wines between the Jazz numbers. The wines are accompanied by a small amuse-bouche, just enough to experience the magic of food pairing. Learn about what you drink and enjoy what you hear. Sultry arranged Jazz standards but also swinging and less known surprising compositions. The Jazz and Wine band “Mijne Heeren” plays in different line-ups depending on the location size.
With the Jazz and Wine concerts on Sunday afternoon, we seduce your gluttony and ask you to listen carefully to the whispered words …… of your own instruments. Cheers!

Where will I sit during a Jazz and Wine concert?

Dit is omdat Jazz and Wine op verschillende locaties speelt die vaak niet specifiek voor een concert/voorstelling bedoeld zijn maar wel heel leuk.

Is Jazz and Wine wheelchair accessible?

Every location is different, so we kindly request you to contact us by phone or email, letting us know which Jazz and Wine concert you wish to attend, and we will be happy to inquire for you.

Is photography allowed during the performance and may recordings be made?

You may take pictures but not post them on social media or publish them in any way. It is not allowed to make film and sound recordings in the hall during the concert.

Is smoking / vaping allowed during the Jazz and Wine concert?

No.

What are the start and end times of the Jazz and Wine concert?

Jazz and Wine usually plays on Sunday afternoons starting at 4 pm. There are exceptions.
The concert lasts about an hour and a half, but sometimes can go a little longer.
There is no intermission during the concert. If you wish to visit the restroom, we kindly ask you to leave and re-enter the hall quietly.

TICKETS

Where can I buy an e-ticket for Jazz and Wine?

Tickets for Jazz and Wine can be purchased on the Jazz and Wine website.
Click here. Price of a ticket includes the Jazz and Wine concert, 3 glasses of wine, and transaction costs.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled. Should you have a special insurance policy for cancellations, you can check with your insurance company whether they will compensate you.

When will I receive my ordered e-tickets?

You will receive your e-tickets directly to your email after the confirmation of your booking.
Bring proof of your e-ticket (on your phone or printed out) to the Jazz and Wine event.
Show your e-ticket to the hostess / host upon entering the location, room or restaurant.

Is it necessary to print my e-tickets?

If you have the e-tickets on your mobile phone and the barcode / QR code is legible, we can scan the barcode from your mobile phone. Otherwise it is necessary to print the tickets to show upon entering.

Do I pay service and/or transaction costs?

No, the rates for a Jazz and Wine e-ticket include VAT and service costs.

Where can I buy an e-ticket for Jazz and Wine?

Tickets for Jazz and Wine cannot be reserved, only purchased.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled.

Can I cancel or exchange my e-ticket?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled. Should you have a special insurance policy for cancellations, you can check with your insurance company whether they will compensate you.

The Jazz and Wine concert is sold out, is there a waiting list?

There is no waiting list for a sold out concert. Full is full, but we hope you will join one of our other Jazz and Wine events!

I have lost my e-tickets, what should I do?

On the day of the concert itself we can unfortunately no longer help you with this, but with prior notice, we are happy to help you.

FOOD AND DRINK

How many and which wines will be served during the concert?

Jazz and Wine serves 3 wines during the concert, regularly the special wines of the famous Italian wine family Antinori, but sometimes other famous or special wines are served.
The Jazz and Wine agenda should state which wines will be served.

Jazz and Wine without wine, is that possible?

Yes, especially for guests who are not allowed to drink wine, pregnant women or people who are the designated driver, soft drinks are available. When purchasing your ticket, you can indicate whether you would like to choose the non-alcoholic option. The rate of a non-alcoholic ticket is lower than the regular ticket.

Are the wines served during the Jazz and Wine concert included in the ticket price?

Yes, your ticket gives you access to the concert and includes 3 glasses of wine.

Can I stay for dinner after the concert?

In many cases you can have a nice dinner after the concert. The Jazz and Wine agenda should indicate at which locations this is possible. In addition to purchasing your Jazz and Wine ticket, you can make a reservation for dinner.
You pay for the dinner in the restaurant afterwards.
Purchase your ticket for the concert in advance on the Jazz and Wine site There is no sale of Jazz and Wine tickets at the door.
Tickets for the concert cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
Should you wish to cancel your dinner reservation, please do so well in advance so that we can reschedule your table. It is not possible for us to cancel your dinner reservation on the day of the concert, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. You can cancel your dinner reservation via info@jazzandwine.nl, stating, “Cancel dinner reservation” and the date of your visit, your name and reservation number.

Can my allergy or dietary requirements be taken into account?

Prior to your visit to Jazz and Wine, we would like to hear if you have a certain allergy or diet, so that we can take this into account in time. You can make this known by sending an email to info@jazzandwine.nl stating, “Dietary wishes” and the date of your visit, your name and reservation number.
